3rd Sunday Geelong Shed Run August 2017

A marked improvement in weather conditions compared to the previous run greeted us ,all be it a bit chilly, for today`s run.

Eight starters with six being on classic eligible machines assembled for a ride to Torquay Bowls Club, the same venue for the T.A.R.T. run back in May. We travelled pretty much the same roads that were used on the T.A.R.T. run and although we frequent these roads often, such is the quality of this area , it is always a pleasure. The run ran smoothly, apart from my left hand rear indicator breaking off it`s bracket, (quickly resolved ) taking in the bush and the coast, encountering very little traffic.

Conditions allowed us to enjoy our morning tea stop outside in the sunshine, most of us downing egg & bacon rolls & drinks whilst chatting away. A bit more food and talk and before you know it , midday is looming up fast. The return leg was along Horseshoe Bend Road to Geelong where one by one we all branched off home.

Yet another pleasant ride in as always good company comes to a close, thank you all for attending.
