Duty of Care – Total Fire Ban Days

The committee has a duty of care for the safety and welfare of club members at club activities. As such, should a situation arise where there is a Total Fire Ban or extreme weather conditions forecast such as very high temperatures, floods or gale force winds in the area where a ride, event or rally is being conducted, The President or Club Captain will have the authority to cancel the event.
