This month’s Sprocket includes some very useful health advice for us ageing members, the usual hard hitting member interview, snippets from Sprocket of years gone by, ride reports and much more..

All you need to do to is click HERE to download it to your phone, computer or tablet.
Once downloaded, if a hard copy is required, you can the print the file to your printer or take it to your local library, Officeworks or similar to print. (Please bear in mind current Covid restrictions).

August 2020 – We are pleased to make available the inaugral CMCCV eSprocket and what a bumper edition it is. There are  tributes to life member and past president Bob McLennan, the announcement of the captains award recipient and much, much more.
