Geelong 3rd Sunday run 21/1/18

17 riders met at Waurn Ponds for this month’s ride.

Under humid conditions we took in a magic tour of the Barrabool Hills led by Mal Loone on his very tasty XV 750 Yamaha cafe racer. After 5 mins and one set of lights we were in fantastic motor cycle country, through Ceres onto Merrawarp road, Friend in Hand Rd to Gheringhap then Bakers Bridge Rd to Maude then down the steep hill and up the other side of the Moorabool Valley.  Then to Lethbridge, Teesdale. Turning left at Shellford through some nice twists to our destination at the Inverleigh bakery.

After 40 mins of food, coffee and motorcycle banter we went our separate ways home.

Special thanks to Stan Rogers for T.E.C duties. A great day with great people.

Andy Symons.
