Geelong Run Report, 1st Sunday of the Month 7 April

Our 1st ride since the Otways Rally saw four Geelong regulars decide to head to the old gold mining town of Gordon near Ballarat. We left the starting point and headed to Diamond Creek and just before Hurstbridge we turned right and made our way to the Eltham-Yarra Glen Road, then zig zagged our way up past the hill climb and down to St. Andrews. “Harley Heavyweights Hiding in Castlemaine” We don’t believe it.  55 minutes to get from Bayside through Melbourne’s freeway system to Calder Park BP servo – it’s a miracle.
